The critical success factors affecting employee absenteeism among frontline healthcare workers in Lagos state, Nigeria

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the critical success factors affecting employee absenteeism among frontline healthcare workers in Lagos State. Data was collected from 350 using a questionnaire and simple random sampling technique. statistical analysis revealed negative significant relationship between absenteeism, positive job performance, performance cost absenteeism. This suggests need for organizational managements put necessary interventions that would encourage, keep employees going resilient despite challenges they might be facing workplace help boost their productivity, quality service patients, promote organization.
